I am a holistic dietitian and certified health coach, from Melbourne. I’m a lover of coconut lattes, Sunday breakfasts, movement in the sunshine and travelling. 

I’m here to help you have a healthy and happy baby and support you through the motherhood transition.

Through education, support and simple action steps, I can guide you through one of the most important events of both you and your baby’s life - this isn’t a time to stress yourself through Googling!  

Movement is a big part of my life.  This may look like gymnastics strength and mobility, CrossFit, Yoga, stand-up paddle boarding or practicing handstands in the park!

I also love to travel. I’m always thinking about the next adventure and experiencing different cultures and cuisines. I would love my next adventure to be Cuba - salsa dancing and mojitos!

Bachelor of Nutrition Dietetics  (2006)

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (Personal Training, 2007)

Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition, 2015)

 Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) & Member of DAA (Dietitians Association Of Australia)
